Pages 17 and 18 of your Style Type Report outline how a woman of your Style Type is likely to approach shopping. As always, this information needs to be personalized for you to get the most out of it. Which is where what we’re doing next.

PLAYSHOP: It’s Time to Go Shopping
This is a shopping reconnaissance mission! The purpose of the exercise is to expand your awareness of a variety of factors that come into play when shopping. You will be spending time in a retail environment that you’d usually go to (to purchase clothing).
We don’t want you to necessarily buy anything, but instead to really notice what’s going on inside you in this environment.
Take a small pad and pen with you so you can make notes as you go, or use the voice memo function on your phone if you prefer to speak your thoughts as you go, or your video function and do a quasi/mini documentary.
You’re invited to note down your responses to the following explorations as you engage in this reconnaissance mission. Remember to capture your responses all the way through your shopping recon mission, as it’s all too easy to forget your thoughts and feelings as they emerge and relying on memory after the mission may result in a lack of good intel.
Go shopping as you normally would (by yourself or with others – the way you’d normally shop) but remember the purpose of this playshop is to take note of your feelings, thoughts and any other reactions you have during this reconnaissance.
