The First Exploration
Your Type of Style is full of Explorations – activities and exercises you are invited to participate in, and questions you are invited to reflect on and respond to, as well as Playshop to get you “practising by doing”.
The Explorations and Playshops are a huge part of the program, and form the spine of so many of the Modules. If you haven’t already gotten your system set up to capture your responses, we encourage you strongly to do that now – set yourself up to succeed right from the very beginning. Once you have your system set up, you’ll be ready to start with the very first exploration of the program, coming up in a few pages.
If you particulate fully, there will be many, many responses to capture! The program will come alive through your participation – it is deliberately designed this way.
So what does “participate fully” mean? The answer to that will be personal, and in fact it’s part of this exploration. To help you get started in thinking about this, you may find the ideas from pages 4 and 5 of the Welcome PDF useful when it comes to considering the commitment you wish to make to yourself to participate in this program.

You’ve signed up to the program for a reason. Perhaps this reason is specific and crystal clear – you have a specific objective and this is what you want this program to deliver for you.
Perhaps this reason is not remotely clear and it’s general and vague. That is equally okay – sometimes we get the most out of things where we have no set expectations.
